Bereavement can impact hugely and affect all areas of life. 

This course is for anyone who has been bereaved at any time and in any way. By means of a series of films and discussions, it gently guides bereaved people through the most common aspects of grief, enabling them to process the implications for themselves and discern the next steps.

*Please note this course will take place in the Colinton area of Edinburgh, not at Ps & Gs, details will be emailed to after you sign up*

• Attachment, separation and loss
• Difficult feelings
• Rites of passage
• The impact and pain of bereavement
• Coping with others
• Coping with change
• Moving forward 
• An optional session on Questions of Faith.

We are asking for a £5 donation to cover the cost of course materials, this is a donation so if you are not able to pay but want to do the course please still sign up.

This course has 7 sessions, with the last session being optional.
